The Chief of Administrations will then head rehearsals. Character backgrounds, scripting, and costuming will fall under her main supervision. She will also help devise the maze, theme, storyline, scenic designs and makeup as well. It’s likely she will also take the lead in Wardrobe, helping to get actors into costume and oversee the make-up artists.

The Chief of Operations will oversee permitting, building, f/x installation, and safety and security duties. He will also be involved in the theme, storyline and scenic design. He will jump in to assist the build staff in the completion of those duties in order to meet deadlines. The Chief of Administrations, concurrently, will provide ongoing feedback about scenic details.
